Loans period – maximum 12 months – (monthly interest 7,5%)

 

Requirements 

1. Copy of Identity document

2. Copy of Current pay slip (within 3 months)

3. Proof of Employment 

4. Proof of Residence

(a client can provide one affidavit for proof of employment and proof of residence if so required)

1. Complete – Old Mutual Loan Application form

2. Complete – SSB deduction order form – (TY-30)

3. Complete – Authority to pay third party – (add Station ZB nostro account details)

 

*Note: once the application has been signed and sent to Old Mutual the process cannot be reversed or canceled (ensure your client/customer is aware of this). 

 

Ideally the application should take 48 hours to process, but please make the client/customer understand that it may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Once the application has been approved, you will be notified to contact the client/customer and arrange product collection.

Ensure their full details (as per application) are on the invoice, with a clear signature, phone number and identity number when collecting the product. 

 

If a customer wishes to pay a deposit (this would reduce the monthly installments).

 

If for any reason the application is not approved the application will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for the deposit they put down on the product.
